Taylor
Taylor Swift, the rarest pop sensation, is one who managed to move from the country genre to mainstream pop culture and become an icon of the pop culture. Swift also took on the entire globe during the course of her journey. Swift has shed her country roots like it were a second-skin showing herself to be the smartest pop singer/songwriter of her time. She is able to harness the current zeitgeist and make it her personal. Swift's talents could be seen in her first tracks, including the Neodue Tim McGraw. But on her second album Fearless released in 2008 Swift could identify her true identity and gain a wide audience. Fearless became a massive success and not just in the US and six of the singles were certified platinum in the wake of Top Ten hit songs Love Story and Belong with Me. But the album also enjoyed a great reception across all over the world. The Swift's Speak Now album released two years ago was a continuation of her earlier popularity and launched the singer into superstardom. With the three albums following -- Red 2012 1989, Red 2012 and Reputation 2017 -- Swift's success only grew. This was a sure indicator that Swift had entered an entirely new world of pop that she could be part of. Although she slowed down her production with folklore, and Evermore albums in the year 2020, she was leading the way in pop music.
